Innovation Developer: AI & Automation
We’re looking for a Full-Stack Developer with a strong AI mindset, high technical curiosity, and a passion for building things from the ground up.
This is not a traditional team-based development role. You’ll work directly with the CTO, exploring emerging AI technologies, rapidly prototyping ideas, and turning concepts into real, production-ready solutions.
What you’ll do
Research, evaluate, and implement emerging AI, LLM, and Agentic AI technologies
Build rapid prototypes, PoCs, and innovative solutions
Develop intelligent automation for business workflows
Build RAG pipelines, vector search, embeddings, and semantic retrieval systems
Experiment with AI agents and orchestration frameworks
Develop end-to-end Full-Stack solutions
Design and optimize SQL databases and queries
Manage your own environments, servers, and deployment pipelines
What we’re looking for
Strong Full-Stack experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, C#/.NET/Node.js/Python, and Frontend
Hands-on experience with LLM APIs, Prompt Engineering, and RAG
Experience with Vector Databases & Embeddings
Strong MS SQL skills
Familiarity with AI-powered coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex
Ability to take an idea from concept to production with minimal supervision
Strong problem-solving skills and a builder mindset
Genuine curiosity and enthusiasm for emerging technologies
Nice to have: React/Angular experience and previous experience as a solo developer or in a startup environment.
