We are seeking a talented Senior Web Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites. You will work closely with our development and marketing teams to design and implement website layouts, graphics, and user interfaces. The Senior Web Designer must have a strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and responsive design techniques. Attention to detail and the ability to meet project timelines are crucial for this role.

Responsibilities:

Designing and developing website layouts, graphics, and user interfaces
Collaborating with the development and marketing teams to create cohesive designs
Optimizing websites for speed and performance
Ensuring that all design elements are consistent across platforms
Testing and debugging designs for usability and accessibility

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, or related field
Proven experience as a Web Designer or similar role
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or other design tools
Strong understanding of responsive design principles
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
