Job Description: An exciting SaaS based client of ours is looking for a Regional Sales Lead to join their team. As the Regional Sales Lead, you will be reporting to the Head of Sales and will be responsible for a team of Account Executives and Business Development Managers within a specified region to ensure that sales strategies are being instituted while sales targets are being duly met.
Responsibilities: • Design Go-to market sales strategy and take ownership of an assigned territory • Prospect and close target accounts against competition by leveraging channel partners, inside sales and individual initiatives • Establish and nurture relationships with all levels of channel partners and customers organizations as appropriate, department through line of business • Consistently and regularly use forecasting tools to provide timely and accurate forecasting and reporting of activity • Supporting Sales Agents in achieving and exceeding sales targets • Driving new business acquisitions • Developing and mentoring a team of sales professionals • Conducting regular sales meetings and commercial development workshops • Ensuring that service delivery standards are met or exceeded • Maintaining and developing dynamic business relationships with clients
Requirements: • You have 5-10 years of previous experience in sales within a similar environment • Possessing leadership experience at a management level with the ability to drive a team’s performance • You are a dynamic professional with a passion for driving new business and sales results • Effective communication and presentation skills required to interact with key stakeholders and senior management
