Pre Sales Anaylst (Sales Department/ bid management/ Proposal preparation) – Remote Role

Nature & Scope:

Our client is a leading international technology solutions business seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Presales Analyst to join their growing commercial team. This position plays a key role in supporting business development, bid management, proposal preparation, and sales operations across multiple regions.

The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders to coordinate proposal submissions, maintain sales documentation, and contribute to the delivery of high-quality client-facing materials.

Responsibilities:

Proposal & Bid Support

• Assist with the preparation of proposals, tender submissions, presentations, and commercial documentation.
• Coordinate inputs from multiple stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate submission of documents.
• Review, proofread, and format proposals to maintain a professional and consistent standard.
• Support compliance tracking, document control, and submission management activities.
• Manage proposal templates, supporting documentation, and content libraries.
• Ensure deadlines, submission requirements, and quality standards are met.c

Documentation & Knowledge Management

• Maintain and update sales and presales documentation repositories.
• Organise and manage company collateral, case studies, presentations, and reusable content.
• Support the standardisation of templates and documentation processes.
• Assist in identifying opportunities to improve document organisation and information accessibility.

Sales Operations Support

• Prepare executive summaries, reports, meeting materials, and internal communications.
• Support sales and business development teams with administrative and coordination activities.
• Conduct research and gather information to support commercial initiatives.
• Assist with ongoing sales operations and business support projects as required.

Requirements: Skill and Competencies

• Relevant tertiary qualification.
• Previous experience in a sales support, presales, bid coordination, business analysis, project coordination, or similar environment.
• Strong written communication and document preparation skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Experience working with CRM systems, document management platforms, or collaboration tools would be advantageous.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Professional proficiency in English and French is required
