Job Description:

Superintendents will lead the on-site execution of either the mechanical or electrical systems for a data center build. These roles require deep field coordination, subcontractor management, and schedule control for high-uptime systems under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily work of mechanical or electrical trades.
• Maintain safety, quality control, and compliance with project specifications.
• Coordinate inspections and ensure field documentation is kept up to date.
• Enforce performance standards and proactively address installation issues.
• Partner with the MEP Manager and General Contractor team for milestone reviews.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in commercial or industrial construction.
• Strong preference for candidates from MEP subcontractor backgrounds.
• Prior experience with critical facilities (e.g., data centers, hospitals, labs) is a major advantage.
• Ability to lead field crews, manage logistics, and enforce standards in fast-paced environments.
