Job Description:

APMs will support end-to-end management of mechanical or electrical scopes on the data center project. This includes document control, field coordination, procurement, and communication with trade partners and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track submittals, RFIs, change orders, and schedule impacts for their discipline.
• Maintain logs, punch lists, and procurement status.
• Support the MEP Manager and lead Superintendents with cost tracking, manpower forecasting, and installation verification.
• Interface with suppliers, trade foremen, and internal teams to resolve issues promptly.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of project coordination experience, or
• Construction management grads with 1+ year of exposure to field or PM support work.
• Understanding of the construction lifecycle, especially within MEP systems.
• Proficiency with Excel, Procore (or equivalent), and strong organizational skills.
