Job Description:
Assistant Superintendents will support field supervision for mechanical or electrical systems installation. Ideal for rising professionals with early construction experience or recent graduates aiming to develop in a mission-critical environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily field operations, including safety walks, documentation, and subcontractor coordination.
- Track materials, tools, and equipment availability for trade crews.
- Participate in schedule updates, trade walk-throughs, and issue resolution.
- Assist in inspections and QA/QC observations.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of construction experience, or
- Recent graduates with at least one year of construction exposure (internship, co-op, or entry-level role).
- Basic familiarity with MEP systems and willingness to learn in a data center context.
- Strong communication, documentation, and site presence required.
