Role Overview

A highly accomplished VP of Channel Partnerships to build, scale, and lead our global channel ecosystem across the US, UK, and Europe. This is a new-build role ideal for a heavy-hitter who has successfully established channel models from the ground up in a SaaS environment and can drive revenue growth at pace.

Key Objectives of this role:

• Build a global channel organization from the ground up which can deliver 30% of company’s revenue in near-term
• Drive strategy, structure, hiring, and revenue with full ownership and autonomy.
• Significant influence over company growth and scalability in the most strategic markets.
• Opportunity to shape partnerships in an evolving industry with a high-impact portfolio.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 15 to 20 years of experience in Channel Development and Growth with material experience in SaaS or cloud-based technology environment.
• Proven track record of building channel functions from scratch and scaling them into multi-million-dollar revenue engines.
• Entrepreneurial mind-set to build this from ground-up, strategic thinker with the ability to execute quickly in a high-growth environment.
• Strong existing relationships or experience in ecosystems like ours (industry adjacencies or overlapping portfolios a plus).
• Deep understanding of SaaS GTM models, partner economics, channel incentives, and co-selling motions.
• High executive presence, strong negotiation capability, and ability to influence at C-suite level.

Key Responsibilities:-

Channel Strategy & Ecosystem Build

• Develop and own the global channel partner strategy, with a mandate to build the function from zero.
• Identify, recruit, and activate high-value reseller, value-added reseller, managed service provider, and technology partners across key markets.
• Define partner tiers, go-to-market motions, partnership frameworks, incentive models, and enablement paths.

Revenue Growth & Go-to-Market Execution

• Build and scale a channel revenue engine to deliver aggressive ACV, pipeline, overall revenue and partner-led growth targets.
• Jointly drive GTM activities with partners including account development, co-selling, co-marketing, and solution bundling.
• Monitor and improve partner performance, pipeline conversion, and forecast accuracy across regions.

Global Market Ownership (US, UK & Europe)

• Serve as the channel leader for all major Western markets, prioritizing market penetration, brand visibility, and enterprise-level partnerships.
• Analyze regional trends to define market-specific strategies, partner needs, and competitive positioning.

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure seamless partner enablement and execution.
• Influence product roadmap based on partner feedback and joint customer opportunities.

Team Leadership

• Build, develop, and lead a high-performing global channel team.
• Establish KPIs, coaching rhythms, and operational structures to support scale.
