The Role

As a Strategic Sales Consultant, you will assist to build a pipeline of new and existing business within

the BPS Business focusing on CMI / BFSI domain. This role is based in the UK and will involve occasional

travel to other European countries and India. This role will require working on client’s sites depending

on demand.

Key responsibilities:

Assist in creating, accepting and implementing the sales strategy, approach and objectives

for the target market or customer.

Identify key opportunities and develop compelling business cases.

Ensure routine use of bid review, approval processes, sales reporting and pipeline

management tools.

Develop and maintain the CXO relationships within target market and accounts to maximize

sales opportunities.

Generate the Total Contract Value and Revenue as per the client’s standards

Your Profile

Key Skills/ Knowledge/Experience

Extensive experience of the BPO industry.

Previous work experience with CMI / BFSI customers in BPO transformation deals.

Relevant experience of competing in the market.

Experience of working in virtual teams spread over multiple locations and countries.

Sound understanding of the IT industry, markets, trends, technologies and their

implications.

Consultancy and solution sales approach.

A strong negotiator.

Possess good communication skills with ability to present complex ideas across a varied

audience.

An innovative work style and the ability to craft solutions with ease.

Strong customer management skills.

Good team player with ability to lead by example.

Self-starter and ambitious.

Understand the value that outsourcing brings to organizations.

Exceptional record of selling analytics solutions.

Good analytical abilities and expertise with analytical tools and platforms.

Ability to provide effective solutions to the customer and leverage client’s experience and

tools to create unique service offering.

Desired Skills/ Knowledge/Experience:

Degree qualified.

A track record of sales in outsourcing deals within the CMI / Banking and Financial area.
