About the Opportunity
The SAP ecosystem is in the middle of its most significant migration cycle in a generation. With SAP ending mainstream support for ECC in 2027, enterprise organisations across Australia are under real pressure to move - and data is the hardest part of every one of those programmes. Syniti sits at the centre of that problem.
As a recognised SAP partner specialising in enterprise data management and migration, Syniti's platform is already embedded in large-scale S/4HANA transformation programmes globally. This is a rare opportunity to join a specialist vendor at exactly the right moment in the market cycle - with a genuine solution, a defined ICP, and a pipeline that's being created by external forces as much as internal effort.
The Role
You'll own new business and existing account growth across a defined enterprise territory in New South Wales. Your buyers are CIOs, CDOs, and the programme leads running S/4HANA migrations at large Australian enterprises. You'll work closely with SAP directly and with the SI ecosystem - Accenture, Deloitte, DXC, KPMG and others - who are delivering the programmes where Syniti gets deployed.
This is a complex sale with a meaningful discovery process. You won't be shifting commodity licences - you'll be working to understand a customer's data landscape, mapping that to programme risk, and positioning Syniti as the layer that makes the migration land cleanly.
What You'll Do
• Drive new logo acquisition and expansion within a defined enterprise territory
• Build and manage relationships with SAP account teams and SI delivery partners who influence and co-sell
• Manage a full sales cycle from qualification through to commercial close, typically involving procurement, IT leadership, and programme sponsors
• Accurately forecast pipeline and maintain CRM discipline
• Represent Syniti at SAP and industry events across ANZ
What We're Looking For
• Proven track record selling enterprise software into large organisations - you've navigated complex, multi-stakeholder deals and you know how to move them
• Exposure to SAP programmes - either selling into them, alongside them, or having been part of the ecosystem (vendor, SI, or SAP direct)
• Understanding of data migration, data management, or data quality as a discipline - you don't need to be technical, but you need to be credible in front of a programme team
• Comfortable operating in a specialist vendor environment - you can build your own pipeline, you don't need a large SDR function holding your hand
