Salesforce Solution Architect

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to define and drive the technical direction for enterprise Salesforce programs. In this role you will shape solution architecture, establish governance standards, and ensure high-quality delivery across complex implementations.
Define solution architecture and technical roadmap for Salesforce programs
Drive design decisions for data, integration, security, and non-functional requirements
Review existing implementations to identify opportunities for improving performance, security, and reusability
Establish best practices, reference architectures, and guardrails for delivery teams
Collaborate with enterprise architects and stakeholders, support estimations, and delivery planning
Ensure deployment quality through CI/CD processes (Copado) and follow best practices
Qualifications:
• End-to-end Salesforce architecture experience across clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, Analytics)
• Integration architecture (API-led, event-driven patterns), data architecture, and security governance
• Experience with large enterprise implementations, scalability, and performance considerations
• Strong documentation skills (HLD/LLD), standards, and architecture governance
• Salesforce Certifications: Platform Developer I/II; Application Architect certification preferred
• Knowledge of GIT, JIRA, Jenkins, or automation pipelines
• Exposure to Salesforce DevOps, Monitoring, or Debugging tools
Salary Range: $160,680 - $211,016 per year
