
Consulting Partner - SAP Manufacturing

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is seeking a dynamic and experienced SAP Solutions leader to drive SAP deals for Diamond accounts within the Manufacturing vertical. This Consulting Partner will own the full solution cycle from deal origination through to SOW handover, playing a pivotal role in TCS's SAP Manufacturing practice growth.
Engage with Diamond customers to identify business needs and challenges, and articulate how SAP S/4HANA solutions can address them. Drive sales opportunities from initiation to closure.
Lead the solutioning process: own clarifications, authoring, estimation, and solution validation with internal stakeholders. Author SOWs and manage handover to delivery.
Conduct compelling SAP S/4HANA solution demonstrations, showcasing key features and benefits while staying informed about industry trends and competitor offerings.
Develop and present compelling proposals aligned to customer requirements, covering S/4HANA System Conversion (Brownfield), Selective Data Migration (Bluefield), Application Development, Rollouts, and AMS engagements.
Manage global rollouts across multiple geographies (US, UK, France, Germany, Italy and others), overseeing resourcing, escalations, and steering committees.
Drive pipeline growth through branding, proactive engagement, workshops, and executive sponsor mapping.
Qualifications:
• 20+ years in the SAP ecosystem spanning development, consulting, account management, and sales leadership.
• 15+ years of SAP presales experience; 10+ years with S/4HANA opportunities specifically.
• Proven experience managing a $100M+ annual revenue pipeline.
• Played a Program Director role with involvement in solutioning, design, and execution across large global programmes.
• Deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA, cloud technologies, digital transformation, and Financial/Controlling modules.
• Experience leading solution design, estimation, and defence presentations for S/4HANA Conversions and Brownfield programmes.
Salary: $171,000 - $226,200 base
