SAP Enterprise Warehouse Management Program Director

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is seeking a SAP S/4HANA EWM Program Director to lead the design and implementation of enterprise warehouse management solutions, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the client's satisfaction.
The successful candidate will serve as a subject matter expert in SAP EWM/WM processes and technology, helping clients maximise operational efficiency and distribution velocity through SAP S/4HANA supply chain execution applications.
Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of SAP S/4HANA EWM solutions, delivering blueprints, functional and technical specifications, system configuration, testing, training, and go-live support.
Manage and lead Blueprinting, Design, and Discovery Workshops for SAP S/4HANA EWM, EMW, and WM requirements and Fit/Gap analysis.
Act as lead resource for the team, setting and following standards, reviewing deliverables for quality and adherence.
Guide and troubleshoot during the implementation, facilitating the involvement of any group or individual needed to resolve issues.
Drive business development and support pursuit activities for complex ERP transformations, including RFP preparation and oral presentations.
Keep the Project Manager and client stakeholders informed of programme status, risks, and key decisions.
Qualifications:
• Deep functional knowledge of SAP S/4HANA EWM, including the differences between WM, Decentralised EWM, and S/4HANA EWM.
• Strong knowledge of Supply Chain business models, wireless technologies, and material handling systems and their integration with SAP WM.
• Proven sales experience with the ability to drive business development and support pursuit activities for complex ERP transformations.
• Ability to guide business counterparts toward the right SAP solution and translate business requirements into technical requirements.
• Strong warehouse, distribution, and transportation logistics process knowledge; APICS certification preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present to all audiences on a variety of supply chain and technology topics.
Salary: $218,600 - $287,000 base
