Core scope: Trusted advisor to clients on Now Platform architecture, maturity, and governance. Defines end-to-end technical strategy across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB/CSDM, IRM, HRSD, CSM, SPM, SecOps, and Creator Workflows. Owns instance strategy, technical debt remediation, and platform guardrails. Evaluates and drives adoption of GenAI / Now Assist / agentic automation capabilities.
