We are looking for an HR Executive to support day-to-day human resource operations, including recruitment, employee engagement, HR administration, and compliance. The role requires strong coordination, communication, and people-management skills to ensure smooth HR processes and a positive work environment.
Recruitment & Onboarding
Assist in end-to-end recruitment for junior and mid-level positions
Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and offer documentation
Manage employee onboarding and induction processes
HR Operations
Maintain employee records, files, and HR databases
Handle attendance, leave management, and basic payroll inputs
Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed
Employee Engagement & Support
Act as a point of contact for employee HR-related queries
Support employee engagement initiatives and internal activities
Address employee concerns and escalate when necessary
Compliance & Reporting
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
Prepare HR reports related to hiring, attrition, and attendance
Assist in audits and documentation as required
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in an HR role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good organizational and multitasking abilities
Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR practices
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
Ability to handle confidential information professionally
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources
Experience with HRMS or ATS tools
Exposure to payroll coordination
