About the Role
We are looking for an experienced HR Operations Lead to work closely with the CHRO’s office and support key people and organizational priorities across geographies. This role sits at the center of HR operations, leadership coordination, and excellence in execution.
The role is well suited for someone who has supported senior HR leadership earlier, is comfortable managing complexity, and brings strong operational discipline along with clear communication and presentation skills. You will work across multiple HR functions and interact with internal and external stakeholders, including global teams.
Key Responsibilities
• CHRO Office Support: Act as a core support to the CHRO’s office by coordinating priorities, follow-ups, and cross-functional inputs across HR teams.
• Presentations and Dashboards: Create high-quality PowerPoint presentations and Excel-based dashboards for leadership reviews, CEO meetings, and board-level discussions.
• HR Operations and Global Exposure: Support HR operations with exposure to global processes, coordination with international stakeholders, and alignment across regions.
• Stakeholder Management: Liaise with internal teams including Talent Acquisition, HRBPs, HR Operations, and L&D to ensure timely inputs, updates, and closure of action items.
• Vendor and Contract Management: Coordinate with HR vendors, track contracts and renewals, and work closely with Legal and Finance teams on compliance and documentation.
• Project and Process Support: Assist HRBPs on organization-wide initiatives, reviews, audits, and process documentation.
• Reporting and MIS: Maintain trackers, MIS reports, and data summaries for HR leadership and governance reviews.
• Confidentiality: Handle sensitive people and organizational information with high levels of discretion and integrity.
Skills and Experience
• 7 to 9 years of experience in an HR Operations or HR Leadership Support role, preferably working closely with a CHRO or senior HR leadership.
• Strong hands-on expertise in MS Excel and PowerPoint, including dashboards, data analysis, and executive-level presentations.
• Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, follow through on commitments, and work with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience working with vendors and cross-functional internal teams.
• Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
