Position Objective: The Rebranding Project Manager is responsible for leading, coordinating, and executing a complete brand rebrand. This includes organizing and co-defining the strategy, planning, communications, design, internal implementation, and external launch. The role requires close collaboration with marketing, design, HR, sales, and external agencies.
Core Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the complete rebranding project, including timeline, budget, and scope.
- Leading brand strategy development: positioning, brand identity, brand values, and brand voice
- Managing internal teams (design, marketing, communications, HR) and external agencies.
- Conducting market research and customer analysis as a basis for the rebranding strategy.
- Coordinating the creation process for new brand assets (implementation of logo, corporate identity, tone of voice, website, etc.).
- Align internal communications and change management around the new brand identity.
- Preparing and executing the external launch: PR, campaigns, events, digital channels.
- Ensure consistent brand rollout across all touchpoints (online and offline).
- Report to the head of group brand on progress, risks and results.
Requirements / Profile:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Branding or similar.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in brand development or project management.
- Demonstrable experience in leading a rebranding process is an advantage.
- Strong project management skills (planning, budget management, stakeholder management).
- Excellent communication skills and a sense for design/branding.
- Leadership, persuasiveness and change management skills.
- Fluent in French, Dutch and English.
