Also providing communication solutions to drive traffic to your (online) store and build customer loyalty. About the job As a Sales Advisor, you : - Are passionate about e-commerce, logistics & marketing - Have a sales mindset who can identify and develop new sales opportunities with existing customers as well as prospects. Reacting on customer and prospect inquiries, proactively reaching out to your assigned client portfolio and newly identified leads. - In a future cookie-less world, analyzing and understanding the marketing and communication channels used by the customer. - Detect potential expansion opportunities, build and consolidate a position in the customer's long-term marketing and communication strategy in order to help him choose the ideal marketing mix and convince him to adapt and/or expand his current marketing mix. · Cultivate new relationships with prospects & current customers, compelling business plans for both parties. · Manage those relationships ongoing, and conduct business meetings to build strong partnerships via conference call or in-person. · Negotiate commercial terms and conditions with new and existing customers. Your profile - Bachelor Degree (or equivalent through experience) and 3 years of experience in a B2B sales role. - Fluent in French and Dutch - Good knowledge of English is a plus - Knowledge and/or passion for e-commerce and media landscape - Great communication & presentation skills, negotiation techniques, consultative & social selling skills - Work ethic : independent, proactive and hands-on with a focus on results. - Ability to handle complexity, multi-task and manage an extensive pipeline of opportunities. - Can-do mentality and team player
