Strong understanding of manufacturing / factory plant facilities, including:
Production equipment and machinery layouts.
Utilities (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection)
Pipe racks, service corridors, and equipment clearances
Plant rooms and technical spaces
knowledge of Point Cloud data generated from 3D laser scanning and its application in as‑built / brownfield projects.
