QSR Forecasting and Replenishment domain knowledge

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

1. Lead JDA demand /FF batch and UI optimization to ensure jobs are completed within SLA

2. Serve as the primary contact for customer technical product queries

3.,Prepare and deliver final technical solution design documents to optimize batch and UI processes

4. Develop batch scripts and configure UDTs to support optimization

5. Monitor batch performance and implement proactive fixes
