Opportunity for ISO 45001 Lead Auditor – External Health & Safety Audit (Kinshasa, DRC) We are currently looking for an experienced ISO 45001 Lead Auditor for a short-term external audit assignment in Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC). Duration: 2 Man-Days Total Effort 0.5 Day – Audit Preparation 1 Day – On-site Audit 0.5 Day – Audit Reporting Expected Audit Period: Q3 2026 (Preferably between August and September 2026) Auditor Requirements Minimum 10 years of experience conducting Health & Safety audits Strong background in Health & Safety Regulatory Compliance Audits Thorough knowledge of applicable local Health & Safety regulations in the Democratic Republic of Congo Experience performing external, supplier, compliance, or certification audits Fluent in the local language(s) used in Kinshasa Professional-level English communication skills, particularly for audit reporting Ability to independently plan, conduct, and report audit findings Must be based in Kinshasa or the surrounding region to avoid additional travel expenses Deliverables Audit preparation and review of relevant documentation On-site Health & Safety audit of the administrative office Identification of compliance gaps, observations, and opportunities for improvement Submission of a professional audit report in English Availability Request
