Job Title- Commercial Employee Engine Assembly (m/f/d) – Commercial Vehicles
Location: Aachen, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany
Tasks Assembly of large engines from individual parts and pre-assembled modules Preparation and provision of assemblies for final assembly Ensuring material availability by checking whether all required components are complete Visual and quality inspection of components for damage, dimensional accuracy, and proper condition Measuring components Safe handling of heavy components using crane systems and industrial trucks Language Skills German: B2 English: Not required Professional Experience Completed technical training such as commercial vehicle mechanic, agricultural machinery mechanic, or comparable qualification Requirements Good technical understanding, especially for mechanical relationships and fits Experience in measuring mechanical components (e.g. shafts, cylinders, bearings) Knowledge in determining and evaluating bearing clearances Nice to Have Crane operator license Forklift license Experience handling heavy loads above 1,000 kg English skills for technical coordination
