Assistant Manager Sales – Semiconductor Industry

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Sales professional to drive business growth within the semiconductor industry. The role involves developing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, promoting industrial automation solutions for semiconductor applications, and providing technical-commercial support to clients across Gujarat and surrounding industrial regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with semiconductor end-users, OEMs, EPC companies, distributors, and industrial clients.
• Promote industrial automation products and solutions for semiconductor industry applications.
• Understand customer technical requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and solution discussions with customers.
• Coordinate with application engineering and product teams to provide technical support.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers, while supporting contract and price negotiations.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies within the semiconductor sector.
• Manage the sales pipeline and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Support new product introductions and business expansion initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 8 –12 years of experience in technical sales, preferably within the semiconductor, electronics components, or industrial automation industry.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and the industry ecosystem.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to understand technical specifications and translate customer requirements into solutions.
• Familiarity with industrial markets in Gujarat will be an advantage.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in B2B industrial sales.
• Established network within the semiconductor, electronics manufacturing, or industrial automation sectors.
• Willingness to travel across Gujarat for customer meetings and business development activities.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused approach.
