Revenue Analyst

Immediate Supervisor: Head – Commercialization

Main Objective of the Position: Analyze core commercial trends, identify revenue-generating opportunities, and lead strategic projects designed to accelerate overall revenue growth and improve digital penetration across website and mobile app channels.

Key Job Functions

• Commercial & Revenue Analysis: Analyze sales data, ticket pricing, F&B performance, and consumer buying behaviors to identify revenue leakage, pricing optimization opportunities, and untapped growth channels.
• Digital Penetration & Growth: Track, analyze, and drive user adoption and conversion metrics across web and mobile app platforms. Formulate strategies to shift offline footfalls to digital booking channels.
• Strategic Project Management: Own and manage key commercial initiatives end-to-end, coordinating with IT, Marketing, Operations, and Finance to deliver growth projects on time.
• Trend Spotting & Business Intelligence: Track industry trends, competitor moves, and digital benchmarks to propose actionable business hypotheses and strategic experiments.
• Reporting & Dashboards: Design and maintain performance dashboards to monitor daily/weekly commercial KPIs, digital conversions, and campaign ROI for senior leadership.
• Achieve budgeted SPH, COGS & Strike Rate.
• Budget Management
• Provide or arrange information used in budgeting.
• Specify requirements for commercial, production, or expenditure budgets and support preparation of budget numbers.
• Respond to budget figures and deviations from actuals.
• Analyze and interpret budget numbers and perform variance analysis against actuals.

Position Profile

• Age: 24–26 years
• Education: B.Tech; MBA preferred
• Related Experience: Revenue Analyst in Retail / E-commerce preferred
• Years of Experience: 1–2 years; 2+ years preferred
• Certification / Skills: SQL, Advanced Excel; Visualizations preferred
• Language: English
