This role requires a hands-on HR leader who can seamlessly manage both corporate and blue-collar workforce, while building scalable HR processes in a high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Business Partnering
• Act as an HR Business Partner to business leaders across functions
• Drive employee lifecycle management: onboarding, engagement, performance, and exits
• Support organisational growth with strong HR governance and policies
Blue Collar Workforce Management
• Manage end-to-end HR for blue-collar / field workforce (drivers, loaders, warehouse staff, etc.)
• Handle high-volume hiring, onboarding, attendance, and grievance management
• Ensure statutory compliance related to contract labour, labour laws, and workforce policies
• Work closely with operations teams for manpower planning and deployment
Talent Acquisition
• Lead hiring for both corporate and field roles
• Manage vendor / agency relationships for bulk hiring
• Drive employer branding and improve hiring TAT
Employee Engagement & IR
• Drive engagement initiatives across corporate and field workforce
• Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions
• Build a strong culture aligned with business growth
Compliance & HR Processes
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements, and audits
• Maintain HR MIS, dashboards, and reporting
• Implement and improve HR policies, SOPs, and systems
What We’re Looking For
• 7+ years of experience in HR Generalist / HRBP roles
• Strong experience in logistics, supply chain, mobility, e-commerce, or similar industries
• Proven exposure to blue-collar workforce management
• Good understanding of labour laws, compliance, and IR
• Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
