Key Responsibilities :
Source, develop and manage candidate relationships within chosen competency. Qualify
candidate suitability for current or future vacancies/clients, through questioning and
referencing following best practice at Antal.
Actively develop knowledge of assigned niche market to enable you to generate business
and business pipeline, through candidate calling, networking and lead generation.
Get engaged in other Social Media Activities and other marketing campaigns to attract
talent to your line of business.
Designing Search Plans, Mapping and Headhunting
Assist in organizing and executing employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive
work environment.
Support as an HRBP in performance management processes, including goal setting and
performance reviews.
Participate in HR projects aimed at enhancing HR processes and employee experience.
Ensure strict adherence to HR policies and maintain accurate HR records.
Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
Proactively engage with prospects through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn and other sources
to generate qualified leads.
Ability to engage prospects on the first call and convert it into a lead.
Clearly and concisely communicate with prospects with appropriate verbal communication
skill.
Identify and develop new business opportunities through effective research and
understanding of the initial interest or pain points of the prospects.
Tailor initial calls to the specific needs of the prospect through quick research on various
tools.
Meet or exceed lead generation quotas by consistently identifying new opportunities.
Draft strong and effective emails to engage prospects and convert them into leads.
Work with Internal Systems to track leads and maintain accurate records of leads and
prospects.s
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
