About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist with 1-5 years of experience, preferably from the BFSI sector. This role requires expertise in managing end-to-end recruitment processes, vendor management, and collaborating with various stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a passion for identifying and attracting top talent, with a particular focus on leadership roles within the BFSI domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding, for mid to senior-level positions in the BFSI sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.
• Collaborate with vendors and recruitment agencies, ensuring alignment with hiring needs and objectives.
• Leverage innovative sourcing strategies, including social media, job boards, and networking to identify and engage top talent.
• Conduct detailed screening and assessments to evaluate candidates' technical and cultural fit for the organization.
• Coordinate with internal teams to understand talent requirements and ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates.
• Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress and strategies to stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

• 1-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, specifically within the BFSI sector.
• Proven experience in managing vendor relationships and handling stakeholder communication.
• Strong understanding of the BFSI industry and its recruitment landscape.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms.
• MBA from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 college will be preferred.
