About the Company: Join a national-level online platform that facilitates the financing of receivables for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) through an efficient, RBI-regulated system. The organization provides a digital marketplace for the uploading, acceptance, discounting, and settlement of invoices and bills of exchange via factoring and reverse factoring. The platform enables seamless short-term financial transactions between financiers, buyers, and sellers.
Location: Pan India Experience Required: 4+ years Education: Graduate or Post Graduate (MBA preferred) Industry Background: Banking / Fintech / Financial Services / NBFC / Investment Banking / Venture Capital / Microfinance
Acquire quality corporate clients (Large & Mid-sized) for one of India’s leading TReDS platforms
Drive business growth through new customer acquisition and deliver on revenue targets
Identify and prospect clients through direct outreach, networking, and market research
Strategically plan, pitch, and execute sales initiatives within assigned territories
Collaborate with product, operations, and service teams to resolve operational and service-related queries
Strong understanding of invoice and BOE (Bills of Exchange) financing
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Experience in engaging and influencing C-level executives
Self-motivated and outcome-driven, with the ability to work both independently and in teams
Proven track record of achieving targets in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
