Manage HR administration and core HR operations

Coordinate recruitment activities, including interview scheduling and candidate communication

Support HRBP activities and employee lifecycle management (onboarding, documentation, employee queries)

Handle new joiner onboarding, including ID card issuance/printing in coordination with the IT Security team and welcome kit allocation

Manage travel arrangements and coordinate employee pick-up and drop transport facilities.

Handle vendor management for transport, housekeeping, security, and other facility services

Coordinate client visits and internal events, including logistics and hospitality arrangements

Maintain HR records, employee data, and compliance documentation

Liaise with the central HR team in Singapore for reporting and HR process alignment
