Responsibilities and tasks

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or related field.
- Proven experience in customer success, customer service, or account management roles.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust.
- Proficient in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
