Director of Finance

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Finance Valuations to lead our valuation team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial valuations, including business valuations, intangible asset valuations, and complex financial instruments. The Director will play a critical role in supporting mergers and acquisitions, investment decisions, financial reporting, and strategic planning.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. MBA, CFA, or CPA designation preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial valuation, investment banking, corporate finance, or related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in financial modeling, valuation methodologies (DCF, market multiples, precedent transactions), and financial statement analysis.
• Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of relevant accounting standards (GAAP, IFRS) and regulatory requirements related to valuations.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly and concisely.
• Leadership: Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Software Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and valuation software (e.g., Bloomberg, Capital IQ).
