Sr QA Manual Engineer - AirFi

About the Job Opportunity:
As this is a remote job, we would expect the candidate to have a reliable high-speed internet connection, a quiet workspace and be able to work in the timezone overlapping with the teams in the company.
Your key responsibilities:
Responsible for segments of test planning, design and execution, meeting planned scope and schedule
You will determine the proper prioritization of the testing activities and ensure integrative work and full coverage of test scenarios based on the test plan and observations from concurrent testing activities
You will define the execution test plan, scope and resources required
You will design test solutions to be implemented and executed in alignment with the planned scope and design coverage and customer needs/use
You will support and promote test efficiency and optimization initiatives
You will oversee and perform test execution activities, including implementation of test automation procedures and scripts
Provide recommendations for issue resolution, system optimization and test efficiency
You must pay very close attention to detail and manage testing tools, reporting results, and motivate process improvement
You will be working closely with team members based out of The Netherlands, Singapore, Indonesia, and other locations worldwide
3-7 years of experience in testing web and mobile applications
Experience in Developing Test frameworks using any modern-day scripting languages
Expert-level coding skills in one or more programming languages with importance to clean code and best practices (Java / Javascript / Python)
Good understanding and experience in automation frameworks & tools such as Selenium Webdriver, Nightwatch, Appium, TestNG, JUnit is a plus
Expertise in developing test strategies, test environment setup, test data setup, test plans and test cases
Experience in writing a Good Bug Report
Experience in CI/CD development environments/tools: Git, Maven, Jenkins, TravisCI, CircleCI etc.,
Knowledge of modern best practices for professional software development including source control management (GitHub), build processes, release management and development
Should have Good QA Perspective and the understanding of release dynamics
Should be result driven and go-getter attitude who can show work independently with minimal supervision
Creative, Self-motivated, willing to learn new technologies and able to handle challenges
Exposure to testing REST/ SOAP web-services and working in an Agile/ Scrum model is a plus
