Continuously improve our CI/CD pipeline and automation processes
Ensure security and compliance of our systems and infrastructure
Encouraging and building automated processes wherever possible
Respond to customer inquiries and technical issues via various channels such as email,
chat, phone, and support tickets, promptly and professionally.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems reported by clients, escalating complexissues to the technical team when necessary.
Must-Have Technical Skills:
Expert in one or more programming languages (Python, Bash, Javascript, etc.)
Must have strong expertise in shell scripting
Good understanding of Linux internals and commands.
Experience with any NOSQL database is a plus
Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, IBM, Azure, or GCP)
Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.)

Bachelor's Degree (starter) preferred in Engineering / IT segment or high afnity with IT
