Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse with a valid DHA license or eligibility to join our dedicated healthcare team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care across various medical streams, ensuring the best clinical practices are followed in line with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Care:
  • Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in accordance with established standards and practices.
  • Monitor and record patients' vital signs and medical information.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Assist in medical procedures and surgical operations.
  • Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.
• Clinical Operations:
  • Ensure a safe and clean environment by adhering to infection-control protocols.
  • Coordinate patient care with other healthcare team members.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate patient records, charts, and reports.
  • Participate in discharge planning and patient education.
• Professional Development:
  • Stay updated with the latest nursing practices and medical knowledge.
  • Attend regular training sessions and continuing education programs.
  • Adhere to legal and ethical nursing standards and guidelines.
• Compliance:
  • Ensure compliance with DHA regulations and guidelines.
  • Participate in quality assurance and improvement initiatives.
  • Follow all healthcare facility policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Licensure:
  • Valid DHA license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Experience:
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience.
  • Experience in various medical streams such as medical-surgical, pediatric, critical care, emergency, and maternity is preferred.
• Skills:
  • Strong clinical and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
