Position Overview
The Revenue Operations Manager will manage revenue operations end-to-end, including pipeline health, forecasting, and data-driven insights. This role requires strong analytical skills and experience in RevOps tools.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee revenue operations strategy and execution across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
Maintain and optimize CRM systems for accurate pipeline management.
Develop and implement forecasting models and revenue dashboards.
Analyze revenue performance and identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate with Finance for accurate reporting and compliance.
Drive automation and integration of revenue processes using RevOps tools.
Monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights to leadership.
Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and scalability.
Required Tools & Technologies
CRM/RevOps: Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM
Revenue Intelligence: Gong, Clari, People.ai
BI & Analytics: Tableau, Power BI, Looker
Integration Platforms: Zapier, Workato
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
3–5 years in Revenue, Sales, or Marketing Operations.
Strong experience in CRM systems and BI tools.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional initiatives.
Experience in SaaS or B2B environments is a plus.
