Position Overview:
The Mandarin Store Manger will be responsible for coordinating sales performance, customer service, staff training, and compliance with regulations. You will be the key manager for the company's steady development in the local market.
Job Responsibilities
1. Store Operations Management
Fully responsible for the overall coordination of store daily operations, including staff scheduling, control of goods/services processes, environmental hygiene, customer reception, etc. - Ensure the efficient and orderly operation of the store and improve overall operational efficiency.
2. Sales Performance Achievement
Set store sales targets and promotion plans, lead the team to complete sales tasks of courses, Confucianism services, and related products
Deeply explore customer needs, increase repeat purchase rate and referral rate
3. Team Management Empowerment
Manage store staff (including academic experts, store clerks), organize pre-job training, daily coaching and performance follow-up
Enhance team sales capabilities and service professionalism, build a highly efficient team
4. Multi-language Customer Communication
Proficiently use Chinese, English, and Malay to communicate with local customers, answer inquiries, handle complaints
Optimize customer service experience, improve customer satisfaction and brand reputation
5. Local Compliance Operations
Familiar with Malaysian labor laws, commercial tax laws, and store operation-related regulations
Ensure all store activities are compliant and legal, effectively avoid legal risks
6. Holiday Marketing Planning
Combine local Malaysian festivals (such as Eid al-Fitr, Ghost-Fighting Festival, Spring Festival, etc.) and store characteristics to plan promotional activities and theme promotions
Drive holiday sales peaks, enhance store performance and market influence
7. Market and Brand Maintenance
Pay attention to local Confucianism culture market dynamics, timely feedback competitor information and customer needs
Cooperate with headquarters to complete local brand promotion, enhance the popularity
8. Complete other overseas business-related tasks assigned by superiors
Qualification:
1. Identity and Region
Local Chinese in Kuala Lumpur, having long-term residence in Kuala Lumpur, familiar with the local market and cultural environment
3. Work Experience
3-5 years of store management experience, with experience in retail and service type stores (especially cultural, educational, and life service type) preferred
Familiar with the entire process of store operation and sales logic, capable of independently undertaking store management responsibilities
4. Language Skills
Proficient in Chinese, English, and Malay (fluent in listening, speaking, reading, and writing)
Capable of proficiently using multiple languages to carry out work, connect with customers and government departments
5. Professional Skills
Possess solid sales management, team management, and customer service experience
Capable of independently formulating sales plans and implementing them, promoting continuous performance growth
6. Compliance Awareness
Familiar with local business, labor, tax, and other relevant laws and regulations in Malaysia
Have practical experience in compliant operation, able to effectively avoid business risks
7. Qualification Requirements
Strong sense of responsibility, good stress tolerance, possess excellent communication and coordination skills and problem-solving abilities
Have commercial sensitivity, able to respond quickly to market changes
Identify with the company's Confucian culture concept, willing to develop for the long term
