The Marketing Manager will lead the company’s marketing strategy with a strong focus on content creation, brand positioning, and demand generation. This role is responsible for building and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. Applicants must currently be residing in the Philippines.
The ideal candidate has proven experience in content-driven marketing, excellent storytelling skills, and a track record of creating campaigns that resonate with target audiences—preferably within the BPO, outsourcing, or staffing industry.
Note: Candidates must have hands-on experience with WordPress and HubSpot (required) and be able to collaborate effectively across Sales, Recruitment, HR, IT, and Operations.
Marketing Strategy & Leadership
Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across digital, social, email, and offline channels to support business goals.
Manage marketing budgets, campaigns, and resources to maximize ROI.
Partner with Sales, Recruitment, HR, IT, Operations, and leadership teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
Analyze marketing performance, track KPIs, and present actionable insights to stakeholders.
Content Creation & Management
Lead the development of high-impact content (blogs, whitepapers, case studies, video scripts, presentations, newsletters, etc.) that strengthens brand positioning.
Oversee editorial calendars, publishing workflows, and campaign content.
Ensure consistent brand voice, storytelling, and messaging across all channels.
Repurpose content for multi-channel use (social media, campaigns, email, website, events).
Collaborate with internal teams, freelancers, and creative agencies to deliver engaging materials.
Digital & Demand Generation
Drive lead generation through targeted campaigns, digital ads, and content marketing.
Manage social media strategy, engagement, and growth.
Oversee SEO, paid advertising, and website optimization to ensure visibility and reach.
Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.) to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize strategies.
5–8 years of experience in marketing, content creation, or digital strategy.
Hands-on experience with WordPress and HubSpot (must-have).
Strong background in content marketing, copywriting, and storytelling.
Proven ability to manage multi-channel campaigns that drive measurable results.
Experience leading teams, freelancers, or creative contributors.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools (HubSpot, WordPress, Webflow, Google Analytics, SEO tools, email platforms, etc.).
Strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
Industry experience in BPO, outsourcing, or staffing preferred.
