Implementation, support, operations, and maintenance of SF Employee Central (min 3 projects)
Stakeholder management

ITIL Knowledge (use of ServiceNow)
Agile – Knowledge & way of working
· Roles and Responsibility:
Provide technical support on Success Factors Employee central
Collaborate with System Management team on the technical track of the project, and prioritize business and information needs
Responsible for managing day to day processes, and timely deliver the tasks assigned by System Management team
Provide technical expertise in resolving issues
Work during CET working hours & Extended CET hours
Share Industry best practices on implementation of Compensation Global template.
Ability to collaborate and communicate with external parties, primarily users.
Excellent communication skills written and orally in English.
Large degree of flexibility and the ability to work under strong time pressure.
