Designation - Technical Commercial MIS Job Purpose - To coordinate with plant HO and suppliers for technical equipment transactions
Roles & Responsibilities: 1. To prepare CAPEX with all supporting documents like quotations &comparative statements and following up for approval of CAPEX 2. To follow up with purchase department at HO and all plants for preparing P O in detail and within the stipulated time frame 3. To follow up with vendor for Advance Bank Guarantee and Performance Bank Guarantee 4. To submit IOC with proper supporting documents to accounts department for payment for all plants as per P O/ proforma invoice/bill. Follow up with accounts for releasing payments 5. To Raise P R along with quotations for follow up with purchase for P O 6. To dispatch equipments in scheduled time and arranging for transporter, transit insurance etc. Keeping track of transit materials 7. To Follow up with vendor and purchase department for creation of vendor code 8. To arrange for Way bills from plants, sending them to the concerned party and keeping records of the same 9. To Carry out asset movement form filling and sending the same to the concerned plant after the approval 10. To prepare monthly presentation reports of all plants for management reviews. 11. To prepare daily production reports of all plants for management reviews.
