Senior Mechanical Engineer

This is a full-time role for a Senior Mechanical Engineer at Balanced Engineering and Construction Management Ltd (BECML). The position is located in San Fernando, with the option for some work to be completed from home. Responsibilities include designing, developing, and overseeing engineering projects; ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations; collaborating with cross-functional teams; conducting site inspections and assessments; and providing technical support and insight throughout all project stages.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Min. 7-10 years of Design experience
• Engineering Design, Project Management
• Experience with leading and overseeing teams of at least 5-10 employees
• Construction Supervision, Safety Compliance
• Proficiency with engineering software and tools
• Client-focused and advancement-oriented
• Ability to work independently
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work independently and in a hybrid environment
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Experience in the energy sector is an asset
