Role Overview 
The Construction Manager (Projects) is responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from conception to completion. This role ensures that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Monitor progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet project objectives.
Working closely with other members of the project team
Lead and manage project teams
Ensure construction work adheres to plans, specifications, and industry standards
Reporting project cost and schedule status to management for internal reviews as well as analyzing cost variances and recommending corrective actions
Track project expenses and ensure they align with budget constraints.
Optimize resource allocation to achieve project efficiency.
Reviewing project scope change and change order requests for proper justification, schedule impacts, and adequate budget and funding.
