Associate Professor – Psychiatry

A reputed NMC-recognized medical college is seeking a qualified and experienced Associate Professor (Psychiatry) to join its academic and clinical team. The candidate will be responsible for teaching undergraduate and postgraduate students, conducting clinical duties, and contributing to academic and research activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate and postgraduate medical students
• Conduct clinical psychiatric services as per institutional requirements
• Guide students in academic and research activities
• Participate in academic meetings, CMEs, and departmental activities
• Ensure compliance with NMC norms and standards

Eligibility Criteria

• MD / DNB in Psychiatry from a recognized institute
• Minimum 3 years of teaching experience as Assistant Professor after MD/DNB
• Publications as per NMC requirements
• Valid State Medical Council / NMC Registration

Salary Offered

₹ 3.0 – 2.5 Lakhs per month (Negotiable for deserving candidates)
