Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Head to oversee the maintenance operations of the manufacturing plant. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth functioning of machinery, equipment, and plant utilities, minimizing downtime, and maintaining high operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate should have a Mechanical Engineering background with strong electrical knowledge, along with proven experience in plant maintenance and team management in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Plant & Machinery Maintenance

• Manage preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of plant machinery.
• Ensure smooth operation of PVC pipe manufacturing machines, extrusion lines, compressors, and utilities.
• Minimize machine downtime and improve equipment efficiency.

Mechanical & Electrical Maintenance

• Handle mechanical maintenance of production equipment and utilities.
• Monitor and coordinate electrical systems, motors, panels, and power distribution.
• Coordinate with vendors for major repairs and technical support.

Team Management

• Lead and manage the maintenance team including technicians and engineers.
• Allocate work schedules and ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.
• Conduct training and skill development for the maintenance team.

Preventive Maintenance Planning

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
• Maintain maintenance logs, equipment history, and service records.
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.

Plant Safety & Compliance

• Ensure machine safety standards and operational protocols are followed.
• Implement safety practices for maintenance work.
• Support plant audits and regulatory compliance.

Qualification
