Job Summary

Zenith Irrigation Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and proactive HR Generalist Cum Recruitment professional who can manage end-to-end recruitment and HR operations for both office and factory workforce. The candidate should have strong recruitment experience along with exposure to HR generalist activities such as employee engagement, attendance management, joining formalities, employee records, compliance coordination, and HR documentation.

The candidate must be comfortable traveling to the Nashik factory location as per business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process for corporate office and factory positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, consultants, references, and internal databases.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Coordinate interview schedules with director.
• Conduct initial HR screening and interview coordination.
• Manage offer roll-out, salary negotiation, and onboarding process.
• Maintain recruitment tracker and hiring reports.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions.

HR Generalist Responsibilities

• Handle employee onboarding and induction process.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Coordinate attendance, leave management, and employee data.
• Support payroll inputs and HRMIS updates.
• Manage employee confirmation, appraisal, and exit formalities.
• Address employee queries and maintain employee relations.
• Assist in implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities.
• Ensure compliance with company HR processes.

Factory HR Coordination

• Coordinate with Nashik factory HR and management team.
• Support manpower planning for factory requirements.
• Visit factory location as per hiring and HR operational needs.
• Maintain communication between corporate office and factory employees.

Required Skills

Educational Qualification

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

MBA / PGDM in HR preferred.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 5–6 years of experience in HR Generalist and Recruitment.
• Experience in manufacturing or factory hiring preferred.
• Candidate should be comfortable traveling to Nashik factory location.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage hiring deadlines.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in handling both white-collar and blue-collar recruitment.
• Good knowledge of HR operations and employee engagement.
• Immediate joiners or short notice candidates preferred.
• Candidates from manufacturing, industrial, or pipe/plastic industry preferred.
