**Job Title:** Manager – Projects (Site Head)
**Location:** Site
**Reporting To:** Director – Operations
### Role Objective
To manage complete site execution from dispatch to handover, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, with high quality, within budget, and with full client satisfaction.
Salary range- 60,000/- (Depending upon experience)
### Key Responsibilities
- Manage site teams and ensure effective execution of installation activities
- Coordinate with clients for smooth project progress and issue resolution
- Monitor and track installation progress against planned schedules
- Ensure highest standards of quality and safety at the site
- Develop and implement site execution plans
- Manage contractors, including their training and performance
- Control project costs at the site level
- Lead snag identification, closure, and handover process
- Identify and resolve site-level issues with strong problem-solving approach
### Key Deliverables
- Timely achievement of installation progress as per site execution plan
- Effective contractor management and development of more installation teams
- High-quality, snag-free project handover
- Accurate client reports and coordination
- Cost control and optimization at site
### KPIs
- Installation completion percentage
- On-time installation / project completion
- Client satisfaction score
- Snag count (target: minimal / zero at handover)
- Rework percentage
### Requirements (Exp, Skills, Age, Location, Education etc.)
- 8–15 years of relevant experience in project/site execution
- Prior experience in high-rise projects is mandatory
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ownership mindset with ability to work independently at site
- Good coordination and communication skills with clients and internal teams
- Experience in cost control, quality management, and safety protocols
