Position: Digital Marketing Executive & Content Creator Industry: Real Estate Experience: 1–2 Years (Real Estate experience preferred) Location: Pune (Office-based preferred) Salary : 3-4 LPA
Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive & Content Creator who can design creatives, shoot and edit videos, and run paid ad campaigns for lead generation on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
Key Responsibilities Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Run and manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) for lead generation. Create and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube). Plan and execute lead generation campaigns for real estate projects. Monitor ad performance and optimize campaigns to improve lead quality. Maintain daily and weekly reports on leads and campaign performance. Work with the sales team to improve lead conversion quality.
Required Skills Experience in Meta Ads Manager. Knowledge of Google Ads. Basic understanding of lead generation strategies. Good skills in video shooting and editing. Experience with Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools. Knowledge of Reels, Shorts, and social media trends. Basic understanding of real estate marketing (preferred).
