PRODUCTION ENGINEER

As a Production Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring smooth production operations by providing technical expertise, maintaining machinery, and supporting continuous process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Machine Maintenance & Troubleshooting:
  Perform routine and preventive maintenance on production equipment to minimize downtime. Quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues to keep production running efficiently.

• Production Support:
  Collaborate closely with production teams to monitor machine performance and provide technical assistance during production runs.

• Process Optimization:
  Identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement in manufacturing processes. Propose and implement solutions to enhance productivity, quality, and safety.

• Technical Documentation:
  Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, machine performance, and troubleshooting procedures.

• Safety Compliance:
  Ensure all maintenance and operational activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  Work with quality control, supply chain, and engineering teams to coordinate activities and support overall production goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.

• 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in machine maintenance and production support within a manufacturing environment.

• Strong troubleshooting skills for mechanical and electrical equipment.

• Knowledge of production machinery used in food or sweet manufacturing is a plus.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.
