Coordinate the full product costing process, including calculating, reviewing, and analyzing machine and labor hours, overhead allocations, production rates, raw material costs, and manufacturing process changes.

Review cost flow and generate accurate Job Order Costing for Carpentry and Painting divisions.

Update and maintain cost information in the ERP system (e.g., Custom-Made items, new collection items, BOM updates).

Collaborate with cross-functional departments such as Production and Procurement to generate accurate item costs—covering item cards, raw material consumption, output reports, and purchase invoice data.

Monitor and control consumption of materials and purchase invoices for raw materials used in Carpentry, as well as Marble, Glass, Brass, and Metal materials.

Control stock levels and provide daily inventory and consumption reports to management.

Handle annual and periodic physical inventory counts, perform inventory reconciliations, and report findings to management.

Perform account reconciliations for all suppliers, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up of discrepancies.

Prepare sales invoices for Carpentry and Painting departments.

Manage and distribute cash salaries as per company procedures.

Maintain accounting files and documentation accurately and thoroughly in accordance with company policies and recognized accounting practices.

Prepare and deliver detailed financial and operational reports (e.g., Profit & Loss, production analysis, cost variance reports) to support management decision-making and cost control.

Perform additional accounting tasks as assigned and support the Accounting Manager on special projects as needed.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

2–5 years of hands-on experience in cost accounting, preferably in manufacturing, carpentry, or similar production environments.

Strong understanding of job costing, BOM structures, inventory management, and cost allocation methods.

Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, costing models).

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and identify variances.

Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.

Ability to work cross-functionally with production, procurement, and management teams.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently under deadlines.

High level of integrity and adherence to internal controls and financial policies.
