Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Operations Specialist. The ideal candidate will support daily logistics operations, ensure timely shipment handling, and maintain effective communication with clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily shipment operations across air, sea, and land to ensure timely cargo delivery.
• Prepare and process shipping documentation, including bills of lading, invoices, packing lists, and customs paperwork.
• Communicate with carriers, agents, and customers to track shipments and provide status updates.
• Assist in booking cargo space with airlines, shipping lines, and transportation providers.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide basic logistics support and solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field (internships are a plus).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
