Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Representative to drive business growth in our freight forwarding operations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of international logistics, excellent client relationship skills, and a proven track record in sales within the shipping, logistics, or freight forwarding industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets in freight forwarding services.
• Identify and acquire new clients while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients.
• Provide solutions tailored to clients’ logistics needs, including sea, air, and road freight options.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring profitable agreements.
• Collaborate with operations, customer service, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry regulations.
• Mentor and guide junior sales staff, sharing best practices and supporting team development.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics or Supply Chain.
• 5+ years of sales experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or shipping services.
• Strong knowledge of international shipping procedures, customs clearance, and documentation.
• Proven ability to generate leads and close high-value deals.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office Suite.
